Yes. Stock samples take 1–3 working days and are often free (courier freight collect). Custom-printed samples take 3–7 working days; the sample fee is refundable against your bulk order.

Yes — PLA-lined and uncoated kraft papers, bagasse (sugarcane fibre) tableware, biodegradable plastics and flexible films, and FSC®-certified paper options are available across most categories.

T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment is standard. Irrevocable L/C at sight can be arranged for large orders. Samples can be paid via PayPal or trade-assurance channels.

Generally 10–25 working days after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity, printing and finishing. Your confirmed delivery date is stated on the proforma invoice.
